Yes, we still provide full case handling for many of our clients and would be delighted to do so for you. Full Case Handling is billed under what we call our "Traditional Pricing."
You will be assigned a Valued Customer Manager who will create a schedule of work to be completed, updates, and deadlines. You won’t waste time trying to hunt down your attorney for a status update. Simply contact a Phil Walker representative using the form to your right.

FAQ: How frequently do we get updated on what is happening in the case, and how do you update us?
A: As often as you want and in whatever way you want! We work with our customers to schedule "Update Cycles." That means: We give you the information you need before you need it.
How do we do that?
- Your Customer Manager will call you and introduce herself to you as soon as we hear from you. She will arrange the following:
- What needs you have in the case and what services you would like. (Don't worry. She will make recommendations if you have questions. She is an expert in structuring the highest-result, lowest-cost representation for you.)
- Your Update Cycle and your Update Format. She will find out when you will need information so we can ALWAYS provide you the information you need before you need it. (That is our 100% guarantee to you! If you don't get the information in time, which we strive to ensure never happens, the information is free.) She will find out how you like to receive the information (email, fax, phone, letter, text, or smoke signals). That's your UPDATE FORMAT.
- She will then set up a SCHEDULE OF UPDATES with you. That way, you will know exactly when you will have the information you need. (No surprises and no having to track down attorneys in court or at depositions to get the information you need.) She will also schedule ROUNDTABLE CONFERENCE CALLS with you, anyone you would like, and the attorney(s) to review the case and agree on further actions and timelines, if you would like these.
PLUS, YOUR CLIENT MANAGER IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO YOU. All you need to do is email or call her and let her know what information you need. She will get back to you within a business day to give you what you need. (And don't worry, if it's a super- emergency, just tell her. She's a specialist at that. She'll get the information for you if it means locating the attorney between trials or at the airport!) And, IT'S GUARANTEED. We hope this will never happen, and we will make every effort to meet our pledge to you, but, if, for some reason she cannot get back to you in 48 hours, she will tell you when she will get back to you, and there will be no charge for the information.)
- Then, sit back and the updates will be provided to you according to the Schedule of Updates. You will get an email every time a new update is posted. Now, you will never have to wonder when you are going to hear from your attorney. You'll never have to wonder if you will receive an update in time for a Claims Review or report. You will never have to track down your attorney.
